Authorisation
Before service requests are provided to Community Relations, all text must be final and approved by the relevant authorising officer/s and supplied in Word format. If you indicate NO, please do not submit the service request until approvals are obtained.
In general the following authorisations are required:
1. Publications/Strategies/Reports/Invitations from the Minister Approval by Manager, Director, Executive Director (divisional), Executive Director (Community Engagement), Director General, Minister.
2. Web Changes/Flyers/Adverts/re-print Approval by Manager, Director, Executive Director (divisional) and Community Relations.
